End-User License Agreement

This agreement covers the internal QuickBooks integration operated by Explore Health & Wellness ("we", "us").

Who may use it

The integration is a private tool for Explore Health & Wellness and its authorized staff only. It is not offered to the public or to other QuickBooks users.

License

We grant authorized staff a limited, non-transferable right to use the integration for Explore Health & Wellness's own bookkeeping and billing.

Restrictions

You may not resell, share, reverse engineer, or use the integration to access any QuickBooks company other than ours.

No warranty

The integration is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Termination

We may suspend or end access at any time. Access ends when the app is disconnected in QuickBooks Online.

Changes

We may update this agreement by posting a new version at this address.
